At Mechburst, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Products must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Defective or damaged items will be fully refunded or replaced.

• For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at support@mechburst.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
